ET Deals: Overpowered GeForce GTX 1080 Gaming Desktop $899, AMD Ryzen 7 2700 $209, Adata XPG 1TB NVMe SSD $129

Heading things off today are a couple of Overpowered gaming desktops. Although these systems may not be from a major brand or of the best quality, they offer remarkably high-end hardware at a price far below the cost of the individual components.

Overpowered’s DTW2 desktop comes loaded with high-performance components at an unbelievable price. This desktop comes loaded with an Intel Core i7-8700 and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 graphics card, and it is marked down from $1,899.00 to $899.00 at Walmart. Discounted as much as it is, it would be impossible to build a system to match it without paying more.

The system appears to have some cooling issues, however, so you should probably plan to buy a few extra case fans or switch the hardware to a different case entirely if you buy it.

If the Overpowered DTW2 is a little out of your price range, then you may want to consider the DTW1 instead. This system also comes well equipped and packs in a powerful Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 graphics card. It’s arguable which of these systems is the better deal, as it is also priced lower than what its individual components would cost. Walmart currently has this system listed as marked down from $1,399.00 to $699.00. The same cooling issue persists here, however, so you should make sure to keep a careful eye on the temps or possibly opt to move the hardware to a different case.

Adata’s XPG SX8200 Pro is one of the fastest NVMe SSDs on the market with read speeds hitting as high as 3,500MB/s and write speed just slightly lower at 3,000MB/s. This model also has a large 1TB capacity. You can get this SSD from Amazon marked down from $219.99 to $129.99 at the moment; just make sure you don’t forget to check the $20 coupon box.

AMD’s Ryzen 7 2700 comes with eight SMT enabled CPU cores clocked at 4.1GHz, which gives you plenty of performance for multitasking and running power hungry applications. Currently you can get it from Amazon marked down from $299.00 to $209.99.

Dell’s S2719DGF display was designed for gamers that want to get an edge on the competition. In addition to its 2560×1440 resolution, this display also has a fast 144Hz refresh rate and support for AMD’s FreeSync technology. Right now you can get it from Dell marked down from $529.99 to $359.99, and it comes with a free $50 Dell gift card.
